I like the multi program lights (HDS/Novatac etc.) Would the gatlight disappoint particularly in high levels? I use nothing but protected R123's so that should not be a problem?

What is this about exposed parts? If the light gets dunked in the ocean will the battery get wet? Lithium batts and saltwater are NOT a good combination. I don't dive with these (Novatac) lights but I do swim in a saltwater pool and the Nova has no issues with that at all.

The style and continuously variable output are strong features.

Are there any detailed diagrams/pictures of the light online? I want to learn more about this light!
