batteries for 64657

Hi all,

i want to know that which batteries suitable for 64657(24V 250W)?

Consider about the safety and high current drain.

Is this "Intellect 2/3 A 1400Mah Cells " safety?:thinking:

You're talking over 10 amps of current, a tiny 1400 mah battery won't cut it. If weight is a concern then a 6 cell lipo battery can do that. You'll want one rated for at least 12 amps continuous current. A little more affordable is a 20 cell nimh sub c pack, you'll have to make it or settle for 3 rc car pack wired in series.

Why do you say that?

I use "tiny" 2/3 AA Elite 1500maH cells for a Mag623 -that's what the "Torch" uses. Elite brand 2/3 AA cells can handle 20-30A, so 10A is a relatively easy load.

mhd - I don't know anything about the Intellect 2/3AA cells.
I do know Elite 1500 2/3 AAs are very suitable for your application though.
