145 lumens on 2AA for $12.99?

I was at a Menards store on the day after Christmas hoping to find the big sales everyone was talking about. Didn't find any sales on the things I was looking for, but in the flashlight section, I found something that looked great if it was in fact "real". It was a Guidesman 2AA light with a tailcap clicky and uses 2AA batteries. On the package, it claimed to put out 145 lumens. And the price of $12.99 for that seemed too good to be true. The packaging wasn't very informative, and didn't say anything about using a Cree Xlamp, but I assume it does.

Does anyone have any experience with this light? What are your opinions about it?

It looks like it. The last post there said it didn't even come close to what it specified. Thanks Zatoichi for steering me to that post! I'll save my $12.99 for another time.
