Sylvania/Osram Mini 4AA vs. River Rock 3AA K2 lantern?

Can someone please tell me if they are about the same or if one is the clear winner?

I purchased 10 of the Osram lights. I like them. Compared to the older River Rock 4 AA lantern I think the Osram is better. It's a little smaller and has a low light mode.

I bet the new River Rock lantern competes strongly against the Osram.

They get even better when you mode them.
