I just fully dissembled my Fenix T1, after the driver board became unstable because of a hard drop.

Now I need a 17-19mm board, which takes 2xCR123 (6V), and have a nice output of 1000ma, or even better 1400ma. It will be used to drive a R2 emitter. Can be single mode or multi, no problems with that.

I looked at DX but all I found was 800ma output or low input voltages. If any one knows any nice board please post it here.

Thanks!

Hi RichardCPF,

If your bugdet is ok, you must use shark buck. If you are looking for a inexpensive solution try to use DX sku.3256, this board gives near 1A @6V input. And has an ~90% efficiency at that level.
