Re: FS: Fraen MC-E reflectors

Hi Gary123

I do not have any since i just got these in today but will work on them for tomorrow. They fit the MC-E perfect and sit down on top of the contacts more or less. At 8 degrees they should be a good throw.
I put some Fraen 8 degree XRE reflectors on a triple head I have and they definately inclreased the throw from the IMS smooth reflectors I had and took all the rings out of the XRE R2 that I used.

Re: FS: Fraen MC-E reflectors

Dave, thanks for getting these in.

Can't wait to try them out. I'm sure they're nice if they perform like the Ostar versions.

I'll take 5 as discussed, great price!

Re: FS: Fraen MC-E reflectors

Did Fraen come out with an even narrower MC-E reflector? According to the current available spec sheet, the narrow beam version is 13.5 degrees.

Hi ace0001a

I am glad I have some help because I missed the mm an again now you are correct I mixed these up with their xre reflectors that are 8 degree. These are 13.5 and as always thanks for the help and I will correct it.

Cheers

Re: FS: Fraen MC-E reflectors

Hi, how would the beam compare to the Boom SS reflector ? I'm looking for a reflector to fit a 35.2mm host and this would do the job nicely. I have found a source who will ship to the UK. The Boom is too floody for my project

Re: FS: Fraen MC-E reflectors

Hi Steve6690

I have not put one in a light yet. I was going to put one in a light today. I have been trying out a couple of different reflectors to see which I like the best and got a few extra to let others try them out.

I was receiving a few of the ss booms you spoke of to try because they give more options size wise.

thanks

Dave

I'll take 5 each. PM me with a total please. Do you also have an MC-E you could spare?? I haven't played with one yet.

Thanks Mac
