Re: FS: Pair of Custom Ti EX10's

The EX10 with Diamond Dragon was modded by me. It used to be a GD+ one. Much better beam profile and uniform color tint. None of that nasty yellow to purple transition that the GD+ has. And it throws as well as a Cree. The tint looks like it's somewhere between a Seoul P4's X0 and W0, very nice and white. It's a white wall hunter pleaser.

Diamond Dragons aren't very commonly available. Get it while you can. Troy's a great guy to deal with.

Re: Withdrawn: Pair of Custom Ti EX10's

Doh! You guys missed out. The Diamond Dragon one is even more special. As anyone knows about EX10 and D10's, the User Interface has several different versions. The one in the Diamond Dragon was one of the best ones I found. Very even slow ramping up and down of the brightness levels. I went through several EX10's until I found the perfect one.

Thanks Ed, that's what I was thinking. I had these priced at $475, which, as you know, is $50 less than I paid. They were a steal. Oh well. I'm sure I'll have my share of B.S. "if it weren't for the economy right now" comments.

Re: Back Up FS: Custom Ti EX10's, Now Sold Individually

Guys (and gals) these are seriously sweet lights. If you like the EX10 these Ti versions are ten times better, I will NEVER part with mine, real kick butt lights at a great price, from a great seller.

In the pics, which one is the DD?

I ask because one of the bezel rings seems to fit better than the other. I'm thinking the one with the gap is the DD.

Donn look at the pictures 2 and 3 the cree is the one with the gap

I think its the other way round. :)
In pic 2, the DD light is on top, so the light on the bottom is the Cree.
This has a smaller gap than the light on the bottom in pic3, which is the DD.

Not that this slight gap would bother me in any case.
They're both very nice lights.

At this relatively low drive level, probably not.

I wonder if the drive current can be turned up.
