Wow. I think you would get a large interest in this. I have a E series SF and would be interested in one. Same for the clip. a reverse style will probably be most popular on the clip. Anything in Ti is gonna be hungered for on CPF!!

I'd like one like the bottom pic but slightly flared so access to the button is a bit easier, no crennelation, shiny Ti.

best I can do is a flare to about .825"
E tail is about .795"

I will make the very end opening as large as possible, tapering down to the switch.

a triple cren would allow more room for a thumb...

I'll have to try a couple things.
I think I would prefer the smooth round, w/o crens.

We'll see what the rest of the crowd wants too.

Crenulations would be cool but not a must.

The last 3 share the same tailcap so thes would sell for sure.

I am only planning on making Ti parts right now.

Delrin ones may still be available from another member?? not sure.

That would be great, but I'll need the whole tail to check fitment of rubber button, to ensure watertightness with new parts.

I could easily have a lanyard hole.

Here are a couple cell phone pics of a prototype I cut tonight.

There is plenty of room for the button to squish.
I made the inside a nice 5 degree taper to the bottom

I left it cylindrical until the end where there is a slight grip ring which works well.

Even though I made it a bit too long, it is pretty easy to activate.

But there already are shrouds for the E-series and A/L-series tailcaps, and have been for quite a while. (Delrin, but still...)

Give us shrouds for the Z58/Z59!!! (and matching bezels for the U2, please)
