White LED with no Phosphorus ?

What would emit from the LED if the phosphorus was scraped off the die? would you get pure blue? or would you get UV?

You'd get a royal blue.

UV is not common in the white LED industry, but, still possible.

I believe that there are some LEDs that use a UV die but they aren't as efficient so they aren't as popular. Most LEDs us a blue die though.
