I know with the rotary shavers, the cutters and outer guards are sold as a set. I have a Panasonic Vortex foil shaver of which I'm pleased with but I've had it for the better part of two years and thought maybe a cutter replacement might be in order. From research I see I can buy the inner blade assembly and outer foil either separately or as a combination. Is it necessary or recommended to replace both at the same time or is replacing the inner blade assembly sufficient?
