Running Spy005 on Rcr123 3.7V possible?

Hello!

I really cant find informations on that, but is its possible to run a
Spy005 on two Rcr123's rated at 3.7V??? :duh2:

The original 005 (serial number through 100) with the DownBoy converter is limited to primary batteries only. If you have one of the later models with the STFu controller in it, then yes, you can run any rechargeable battery that will fit.

It is the one from Bernie with SN #0013, but it has the new converter borad and a SSC P4....so i suppose its possible tu run on Rcr123?

Yes, if it was upgraded by dat2zip to the new STFu converter board you can run any set of batteries you want. It is easy to tell that because it will have all the power-up modes.

The voltage limit for the STFu is over 10V.

It has the dat2zip upgrade with the new converter.
Why would you want to run rechargeables :sick2: in a light? :nana:

With the LuxIII Led you have the older board with a max. of 6V and if you have the newer SSC P4
build in, you have the newer StFu board with a max. of 10V. :wave:
