The eBay link you provided has expired so I can't see an actual picture of the lantern you were referring to but it sound like this warm white LED lantern that has been mentioned in other threads and is currently being sold in the US at the link provided.
I'm not sure if the merchant ships outside the US but it maybe one you haven't tried yet that might.
