I've been doing all my planning based on being in New Westminster either Saturday or Sunday next week (23rd or 24th), so if that's still a go, then I'll drive the extra miles to get there.

Since the actual GTG is on Thursday and I won't be able to make it, is there anyone who wants to meet up Saturday or Sunday between the border and Prince George? I'd been planning on going out of my way to make it to New Westminster but there appears to be no reason to drive so far out of my way at this point.

Well. The get-together was a nice little success. We had a few last minute cancellations but the four of us (krazy89, bla2000, and gadgetor) had fun checking out the newest toys from sunwayman, lumapower, and a host of others.
I think I sold a few jetbeam tcr1s (everyone loves these) and I need to get a flood mako!
Next time, no meetups at summer solstice! Longest day of the year!

Wow, I missed my chance to compare the Jetbeam TCR1 and SWM V10R Ti+. Looks like it was a fun meet. Would have been cool to meet the fellow Drake/Draco owners to chat and see if there are any emitter swaps to increase the output. I think my Drake has an XR-E R2 or something in it.
