Do I charge using the formula or manual? How long

I just bought one pair of GP recyko (2050mha) and it came with a free value charger with no protection mechanisms at all. E charger is rated 220mha. So using e will-known formula, I've calculated e charge time to be 2050/220 x 120% = 11.2 hrs. However it is strange that the charger manual says 10hrs of charge time. Do I charge according to the formula or follow strictly to the manual?

I would use the 10 hours from the manual. That more conservative and less likely to harm the cells from overcharge. It is OK to slightly undercharge NiMH cells; they will have a longer life that way.
