I am very disappointed with the Glo-Toob Lithium, bought it last year because of its claim of being "Virtually indestructible". All these while it has been my shelf queen.

Recently, my son took it from the shelf and left it on my table, where it,
Glo-Toob Lithium equipped with the waterproof cap, just rolled off my table and stopped working. It seem the culprit is the waterproof cap.

The Glo-Toob Lithium still work with the splashproof cap.

Anyone had bad experience with the waterproof cap ? Who and where can I send it for repair / replacemnet ?

Please advise. Thanks

Hello firefly99.
Welcome to the glotoob destructors club.
It has a few distinguished members including greenLED and myself.
You've almost certainly broken the reed switch located deep within the waterproof cap.
Have a look at:
https://www.candlepowerforums.com/threads/239576
to see photos of the switch plus more discussion re problems.
In spite of the hype I'm afraid they are not "Virtually indestructible".
