temporary 18650 charger

hi guys i have this charger to charge my cr123 batreys and while im waiting for my ultrafire wf-139 charger i was wondering if i could rig this charger up http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_3&products_id=102879 to charge my 18650 battreys

yes, you can do that if the charger is charging 3.7V RCR123A cells (to test, use a multimeter and measure the voltage of a fully charged cell. if the voltage is ~4.2V, then it should work.)
but the charging will be slower.

I have the same charger. Does the right channel turn green, on mine when i charge 2 batteries only the left one does. Did'nt find out until 2 years later.

hi how2 yes the channels turn green once battrey has charged so if i put one in the left channel , the left go green once charged same as the right one so yours must have a fault m8
