Not only did I ruin my BB700 but I've killed a 5w LS in the precess. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif It happened when I hooked up the 5w emitter to the wrong polarity on the BB700. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif
After that, I've tried it on another 5w LS (made damn sure the polarity was correct this time) and it was very dim. I think it's only outputting about half the power as it used to. Now I know why Wayne has a waiver on the BB700/BB750. They seem to be very fragile if not used correctly.
