P60 drop-in bikelight

I have some P60 drop-ins and I want to put them into my bicycle.
And I want my bikelight to be small but with runtime more than 3 hours.
But I don't have those big and expensive machines.
Here are all I bought:
Solarforce L2P
Fenix bicycle mount
Extender bar
AW's dummy 123
Remote switch
2 X 18650 batteries holder from turboferret
pouch

Remove the switch in the tailcap
And solder two wires
The red one connected with spring will connect with the dummy cell.
And the black one will connect with the flashlight body.

Put the PCB back to the tailcap.
Assemble the tailcap, body, drop-in and dummy cell.

And put everything together.
4 X 18650 batteries holder is too big for my bike so I changed to 2 X 18650 batteries holder.

My handlebar is OVER crowned with bikelight, extender, cell-phone and cycle computer.:nana:

This is a easy way for me to make a P60 drop-in bikelight.
And it work fine. I've used this bikelight for 6 months.

I like the idea of this plus you can convert it back to a flash light, or change the dropin when ever you like

What size is that tubing?

What lens is that?

Any tips on the rear seal?

Sorry to take so long. I don't actually remember the size of the tubing. I just took the drop-in to the hardware store and got an alloy tube to suit, think it may have been 20mm or 3/4 inch. Rear seal is a plastic end cap for extruded tubing from the same hardware store. Lens are glass from DX. First step solder wires to the drop-in . 2 Glue glass lens to drop-in a good quality 2 part epoxy resin (Araldite) and allow to set. 3 Cut alloy tube to desired lenght and glue to drop-in using the same glue. 4 when set jam some al-foil between the inside of the tube and the drop-in to assist heat transfer. 5 Drill hole through end cap and trhead wire through and press cap onto tube.
