Greenforce W20 from inside

The time has come to mod the grandfather of the Ultrafire W200. Compared to the chinese copy the beamshot is awful. So i opened it and looked inside.

Pro: lots of room (26mm dia x 18.3mm), good craftsmanship

Con: ancient technology

This mod should be an easy job: no need for an extra heatsink, just swap Led and lens.

No, you missed nothing. I just looked inside for measuring. Now i know there is no extra heatsink required. I will mod it to direct driven XP-G R5 and Ledil LXP RS.

Right now i have ordered the parts.

Interesting,
do you know the name/brand of round circular contact of the head?
Green force uses this on/off contact and i would like buy it to build my scuba dive light.
