TK 11 R2 Edition with no Turbo

Hey all, pretty cool forum...
too bad my first post is a problem

..

My TK 11, brand new, just put new batteries, had Turbo working then turned it off, and now i cant get turbo mode...

Brand new Duracell Li 3V123 Batteries...

Tried reseting the circuit by removing batteries etc for a few minutes..ensured head and base were tight...

Any suggestions before I return it?

Do you have a multi meter? Test the voltage of the cells. If it's much below 3v, they're basically drained, and may not be able to provide enough current for the driver to jump to turbo mode.

I tested them, all seem to be ok.... But i also contacted Fenix.
They let me know that some oil etc might kind of cause a poor contact points.... So they sent me an email with what to clean etc...After doing that, voila... it works!!
