Up for grabs is a sweet lego I built out. :D

All parts in excellent condition, also, a IMR C cell is included! Only 1 charge on cell. Tower has 15-20 minutes of total runtime.

Nailbender tower module tale of the tape: MCE M Bin WG 3.6-6V

A Surefire KT2 Turbohead on a FiveMega 1 x 26500 body.

This is a sweet setup, and sorry, I will not part it out! :nana:

I have no idea how many lumens this is, but it is bright! :twothumbs

It has killer throw! And the spill is bright too!

The tint is beautiful on this emitter, nice and vanilla. :faint:

Sorry for being off-topic, but how much did you have to trim off of the corners of the SST-50 substrate to fit it through the TurboHead reflector opening? The MC-E is already oversized and requires grinding the corners back a bit.

Then, you have to shim up the SST-50 to get it to the right focus height, since the usual towers from AW and Netkidz are designed for LEDs with higher die heights.

Nice. The photo looks like a black tower, suggesting a Netkidz tower kit was used. Is there a shim under the MC-E to raise it up to the optimum focus height?

Yup, youre exactly right! The beauty of it is there is absolutley NO crosshatch in the hotspot. A perfect artifiact-free beam. :)

actually, i mean't i have the 26500 body:)

but i am using FM turbo head on one and nailbender's bezel on another.

beam on turbo head is not smooth, but i bought itto last not for the its beam for but the usefulness

the beam on nailbender's is very nice. it has a tiny ring at the end, but it's no matter,t eh hotspot in perfect and rest of the beam is smooth.

i will be reconfigging me setup in a week or 2 :)
