Many years ago I purchased a green HA adapter with O-ring that adapts a Surefire P6 head to a surefire smaller E-series body. This adapter has worked out very well but I just can't remenber where I got it? Anyone know who makes-sells these today?

A number of members and companies have made them - Surefire, McGizmo, DSpeck, TnC, Vital Gear, etc. I'm not sure if Vital Gear is still in business, and if that's the case, the only E2C adapter available new is the Surefire piece. Unfortunately, to get the Surefire adapter, you have to buy the LU60A module, or the Scout Light package that includes it.

But there's plenty of E2C adapters out there, so maybe try a WTB post in the Marketplace.

Roth sells an E2C made exclusively for use with Malkoff P60-based drop ins. It will not work with other modules but for the M60 it works great. It is the VME head available at Malkoff's website.
