Which 2 cell light?

I'm looking for a 2 cell light that puts out about 220 - 300 lumens.

I am looking at the EagleTac P20C2 and the T20C2.

Any other options out there at this price?

What's the difference between Cool and Neutral white?

This would be an additional duty light.

I'm considering the P20C2 MkII R5. I'll be interested to hear responses too. I want something that will allow me to clearly see an object in an open paddock at 160 yards or more.
