I see you didn't read the part about the last one being sold.![]()
I won't poke you about the last one being sold. I'll assume you are trying to decide whether to put your name on the "I want" list.
Overseas shipping is a bit complicated.
The cheapest way that I'll use is United States Postal Service Flat Rate Small Box. That's $12.78 USD to most countries. However, this service does not offer tracking, return receipt, etc. If you choose this service, then once I leave it at the post office, I'm no longer responsible. And, as there's no proof I even shipped it, you'll have to trust me on that.
The cheapest way I've found that offers tracking, insurance, etc. is the same service in the Medium Box. The box is much larger, and very wasteful, and the cost is $26 and some cents. If you choose this service, I will be responsible for it as far as USPS tracking allows (I don't know where they stop tracking it). If you want me to be responsible for it all the way to your door, you'll have to add 'signature on delivery', which I think is $1.75, but I'll have to confirm that.
In addition, some countries charge import duty on these, and you will be responsible for paying that. They will be declared as merchandise with the description "LED driver boards for flashlights", with the value equal to what you paid. If you want to suggest another description that will help you avoid duty, I'm willing to use it as long as it is true. Do NOT ask me to lie on the declaration. I will not do it.
Aren't you glad you asked?

My Mods.. http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...5&postcount=78
Hobby only, I don't do custom mods as a service, thanks for understanding.
Yes. H-C or L-C will work the same on yours, High and Low are both 7A.
Paypal send for two pieces of 1025![]()
Ok, you can put my name in for 2 of them on the wait list.![]()
Bullet Bob -
Your name has been added to the wait list (see the updated list at the end of post #1). However, it's been almost two months and only 4 drivers are wanted, so don't hold your breath.
Maybe the bump on this thread will generate some fresh interest (hand to ear, listening for response).

Put my name in the list two pieces of 1025
Please add my name on the wait list for one 0512.

I am interested in a driver as well. The 5amp - 10amp would be great. I want to drive a sst-90 for a dive light.
Paypal sent (2WV82198H04264812) for 1 x S1006-1025 driver (10amp high, 2.5amp low)
have any more 1025 (10 amp) left?
Yes, I have 2 in stock and can make as many more as you need within a few days.
do you have any 1025's? im pming you with my email. please get me back on there.
wont let me pm you yet.....
I have parts to build whatever you want. I can usually ship in 2 business days.
3rd post so i can pm you.
I have not seen a post within the last 3 months. Any particlular reason? Like 3 Cree XMLs set together do a better job than one sst-90?
Do you still have any of the 10amp drivers available? I finally most all of the parts to complete the mod including your driver in a mag light. I had the batteries in a cardboard tube next to the flashlight on the first test. Very Bright! I moved it outside, and it was awesome even it was for just a few seconds. the wire got too hot for me to hold on the battery. I went to set up the batteries in the mag light and slipped a conductive spacer in with the driver and applied power. No more light. So I am need of a new driver. thanks.
No posts because nobody posted. There isn't any development to talk about, and no questions...
I have plenty of boards left. At this rate, I'll probably never run out.
Shipping is $5.00 in the US, $13.25 to most other countries. Paypal to dlburdette@juno.com
The standard unit works from 3-12V, but you need the input voltage high enough to run your LED plus a little lost in the driver (0.3V at 10A, less at lower currents).
You also have to be careful of overheating the driver. The heat generated is determined by the difference between input voltage and LED voltage, times the current. So it's best to keep the input voltage as low as you can. A 4-cell NiMH pack is often the best choice.
If you want to post or PM me your e-mail address, I can send you a data sheet that goes into more detail.
