HID Video Set Up

OK, so I finally built a test light head for my 55W HID automotive based rock bottom dollar Chinese crap video lighting system and I have to say it works very well.
I took a piece of 2.75" aluminum and bored it to fit the bulb (still have to bore it some more).
No reflector or anything... The damn light is so bright it works great without a reflector... No I don't have pics of it yet and I know "THE THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS"... Two of these are going to be great.

I'll get some soon. Now I have to machine 4" canisters to house the ballasts and batteries.

Sounds like a big waste of lumen to use no reflector at all.
At least half I would say.

Whats the deg K of the HID's?
Lumen output?
Bulb type? eg H1 H4 etc?
