A rare and mint Novatac Beta (prototype) 120P, upgraded with a Cree XR-E Q5 emitter. The head is sterile (no engravings, no flats). Comes with everything shown, including 1x123 body/switch and 2x123(1x17670) body/switch and stainless steel bezel ring. The long tube shows very faint wear in the ano on the knurling...~98%. One of only about 10 made, and works flawlessly.

$250 $235$220+ PPI (Priority Mail, Paypal fee and Insurance). *SOLD*

Re: Novatac 120P BETA/Cree Q5

Hello donn. How is the beam compared to the Seoul versions?

Re: Novatac 120P BETA/Cree Q5

Hi Mark...I can't compare it to a Seoul Novatac, because I don't have one, but the beam is much stronger and more sharply focused than other Seouls I have in this size reflector. It's got a very strong hotspot surrounded by even sidespill. There are no Cree rings or artifacts of any kind.

Edit: I just remembered I do indeed have a Seoul Novatac Beta, the Sonoran.

Here they are side-by-side, on high, at about 7' from the wall. The Seoul is on the left:

(The wall is light tan, which accounts for the apparent tint. Both beams are vanilla white)
