New power supply for credit card machine??

I have a Hypercom T7 Plus terminal that is not powering up. I'd like to try a new power supply first before buying a new terminal.. I'd appreciate any suggestions on where to buy a 120V/60HZ, 800ma power supply for a reasonable price.

Output current is probably less imoportant than voltage. Also, does it need to be regulated?

A simple solution if it doesn't need to be regulated is to look around your house for a wall wart that is similar in voltage, polarity and at least the same current.

Does the device itself have voltage, current, and polarity noted on it where the adapter plugs in?
