Four upgrade questions

I've been wondering about this for some time, so it's time to ask:

1. Which LEDs are the most suitable for upgrading a 007?

2. Does the reflector need to be modified or is the stock reflector suitable?

3. Is there any downside to the upgrade?

4. Are there any modders specializing in this upgrade?

The XP-G is the best emitter for an upgrade. It would work well with the reflector if you get it in the right place. The Tri-V has an XP-G in it and I like them a lot.
