RAW Al questions

I'm new to Lummi products, and was recently gifted with a RAW Al 100/200. I would like to know what diameter glow-ring I need to fit the outside2 grooves on the head? I want to improve my grip on the head when twisting to activate it.

I'd also like to know if it is possible to get a 100/20 or 200/20 pill and drop it in? If it is an easy swap, I'd look at trading straight across for either.

You can buy replacement light engine pills from the lummi store

They are quite easy to fit, you carefully push the innards out from the top (push on the glass toward the bottom) and then carefully replace with the new light engine.
