These PAR36 M*g "D" heads and $urefire PAR36 "M" heads are totally different and one can not be used instead of the other.
Even if you use adapter for threading, how do you want to mount the electracal connectors for M6?
It's not that simple.
Negative electrical connector for "M" head is built in and use similar spring as MN sockets, positive connector is electrically seperated from ground and take same conical spring as MN sockets.

If both driven properly and have same beam spread angle, 50 watt will be brighter at over 8 Amps.

You should do more pre order. It is the best way to guage interest, make possible small refinements before production and keep projects current.

If the pre-pay projects go bad, like in a rare instance a few have already, due to technical difficulties, then shame on people that are not prepared to wait. I belive people will understandthe risk of pushing new ground & allowing for your new products that will be generated faster and stop you outlaying too much money when it could be going towards the next project.

These M*g "D" heads will work with any available soft start or regulated switch, as long as you run a pair of wires from switch to bulb terminals or from regulator to bulb terminals.
Polarity for incand is not important same as bi pin bulbs which you can insert it either way.
