Hi All
Just to provide balance to some of the less than positive comments regarding Rob's ability to deliver product on time.......

I have ordered 7 torches from Rob to date and in every case he has delivered well within the agreed timescales. He has also been swift to respond to emails and to keep me in the loop on progress.

Based on my recent experience I wouldnt hesitate to recommend buying product from Rob. And of course the product itself is simply outstanding in terms of quality, aesthetics and value for money.

At this rate I will be spending plenty more money on Rob's torches!

Thanks for the response.

I can't say that I am surprised as I don't recall many (any?) complaints about Rob's service from his fellow countrymen.
