I'm not gonna freak out if there's some Novatacs slipping into the thread, but after doing some searching and reading I'm of the general opinion that they don't belong here, and would rather see the true HDS creations. Soo, if you've got a family shot of Ras and a there happens to be Novatac in there too, ok, but please don't post a picture specifically of a Novatac collection. That's for another thread.

Thanks for posting that! I will likely do something very similar. Generally, the Ra will be in my pocket, but when it isn't it needs to be easy to get at on my bag. That looks like the ticket.My new Ra Clicky high CRI with a Maxpedition 4" flashlight sheath:

That's just harsh!Since we're talking about a line of lights he designed himself, then realized he had a better way of doing things I'd say his first crop of kids (Novatacs) turned out to be less than what he'd like people to remember him for and set out to raise the next ones better (HDS/Ra) so that they were a bigger benefit to society.

My small collection started with the HDS EDC Ultimate 60 and later added an Ra Twisty 100 TW (#835) and an Ra Clicky 140 Cn (#6042).

Nice and not at all outdated... It's rare to see one with a stock bezel. This might be the only real ''weakness'' of that model. Don't drop it ! I'm sure it will serve you well for a couple of decades !Old, but still going strong:

Bought this AF-S 16-85mm for my D90. First attempt with it. There's a ton more detail in the shot, but the required sizing reduces it drastically. Anyways - my twins.
