actually this one didn't get the glow treatment. this scale was made for a good friend of mine that carries his XM's tip-down. he wanted a little more texture by the pivot to aid in taking it out of his pocket.
if you scroll down a bit in the "knives" forum you'll see some XM-18 scales that i did put a 24hr. proprietary glow solution in though.
