Which part on the circuit board is responsible for strobe

I would like to disable the strobe function by shorting/removing that component
which one on the circuit board is responsible for it
On my circuit board(3mode) theres 5 thing on it(i dont know whether theres some other thing on the other side)

2 ordinary ceramic capacitor
1 J1 IE Circuit
1 little black thing with 102 written on it
1 little black thing with R10 written on it

Or could anyone introduce a picture to explain?

It is the same IC that controls modes. It is a microprocessor with a program that controls the power to the led, depending on what setting is selected. To get rid of the strobe you basically has to write another program for the processor, that only controls the brightness.
It might be impossible to replace the program in the processor, i.e. you need to replace the processor with a new one with the new program!
