Looking for slimmest possible horizontal case/sheat for skeletool

I've got a skeletool cx and while it came with a sheath, the sheath doubles the width of otherways sleek tool.
I'm looking for a horizontal case or sheath to wear on the belt in front.
Has anyone come across any nice slim knife or other cases that would fit my needs?

It's hard to find slim horizontal sheath for small stuff. I tried and couldn't find any. I ended up making my own. It's not hard to make. If I can do it, so can anybody.

My homemade horizontal sheaths for the Juice S2 and Zebralight H501 nearly disappear on the belt.

I've been toying with the idea of making a leather case.
All it would take is some leather and a few rivets.
Now if I only knew anything about working with leather...
