Lightweight 1hr 4x eneloop charger for travel?

There seems to be so much choice I thought I'd come to the experts. I need to buy eneloop batteries for my Inon z240 type 3 strobes (for their low heat). They drain batteries quite quickly and I need to use 8 per dive. I'd like a recommendation for a charger that is very lightweight (I always have overweight luggage as it is), and will take kindly to various worldwide voltages. Also, from what I can gather on amazon even the "fast charger" of eneloop batteries takes 4 hours. Ideally I'd like them to charge between 1 and 2hrs with a cut off in case I don't get back to unplug them when the light goes out. I can charge them in groups of 4 (I will buy enough batteries for that) but wont be using any less than that.



Anyone got any advice?
