Hi all,

Yes we all want a 2000 OTF lumen monster and then some, but those require rechargeable IMR or at least 3 NiMH C or D cells. I wanted a nice short C size Mag I could run an XP-G R5 at 1A from just 2 C alkaline cells.

Lucky for me PCC came through and made this for super short 1.5C Mag for me with the following:
  • .8V~3V driver from the sandwichshoope.com = keeps power at 3.4Watts for the entire voltage input.
  • Current at the LED is 1A
  • A huge heatsink with copper center and aluminum housing
  • McCliky tailcap conversion
  • 1.5C Mag size
I have had SSR-90 and SSR-50 Mags, but something very appealing of having a true 300 OTF potential from .8V~3V.

The beam is perfect via stippled stock reflector, but my IPHONE cant capture.

PCC rocks:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

I put plumber tape around the threads to make it get stuck when the focus is perfect. This prevents the bezel from moving around once I find the perfect focus point.
