Hello All,
Great forum, based on reading and reading and reading I purchased the Maha MH C9000. The batteries I have are brand new never opened GP Reckyo 2100 AA, 850 AAA, and older used 2500 Energizer. I want to understand the custom charge and discharge rates. I know the chargers default charge is 1000 correct? When I read the label on the GP Reckyo batters it says standard charge 16hr 200mA. THe maha instructions say to not charge lower than .3c which I thought would be 2100*.3 = 630 ma?
1) In light of this contradiction is the 200 ma on the battery correct, or the rule of thumb formula of 630mA correct?
2) Can somebody is more laymen terms explain the different modes, and when to use them? If I want to know the condition of my older batteries what do I do, a discharge or a analyse and refresh? How do I determine the rates discharge and charging?
