Hi CPF!
New guy here. I'm about to buy my first new flashlight since acquiring a 4D Maglite over a decade ago. At my work someone lost a Nebo CSI light and after it sat in lost and found for 6 months it floated around our office until finally disappearing. I could tell it was a cheap plaything, but it made me really think about how far LED tech has come since I got that Maglite years ago.
Anyway, after lots of browsing through here and various other sources, based on my desired function, price, and aesthetics I think I've narrowed it down to either the Nitecore ILE1 or the Fenix TK12 R5. I've read the reviews on here and coming from a Maglite incandescent I'm fairly certain I'll be pleased with either, but was curious as to the CPF flashaddicts' opinions on the two as well as other suggestions similar in function/style.
