Question about LX2 LumaMax and 6PX Pro

I was considering purchasing the SureFire LX2 LumaMax but I also noticed that the newer 6PX Pro has similar lumen output and runtime. They are also of roughly similar size. Yet there seems to be a significantly large price difference between the two. Could anyone please explain why the LX2 LumaMax is significantly expensive when compared to the newer 6PX Pro.

The LX2 Lumamax is Mil-Spec however the 6PX Pro is outdoor extreme ! Mil-spec is way higher !
Technology : LX2 uses a T.I.R. optics but the 6PX Pro uses a traditional way that is reflector and a window ,
T.I.R. has better throw and smooth light but the 6PX Pro has great flood but still provide incredible range !
For me , I got both , so I'm glad to say that both are awesome lights , but LX2 Lumamax will out-perform the 6Px Pro !
