Just got a FENIX TK15 from Amazon today. It flickered (badly) on low medium (w/fresh CR123s) right out of the box! After trying another set of primaries, it still did the same thing. On HIGH, the beam was solid...until it went out...and wouldnt come on again! Totally dead now. 
Obviously it's going back... hopefully for a full replacement. Wonder if it could be the LED? Or maybe the circuit is bad?
Any suggestions?
P.S. Waiting for Marshall at Going Gear to return my Klarus ST20 which went bad after only a couple of weeks!
