blue shark problem

Hi folks,



i have a strange problem with an Blue Shark i built into a RC car.

the shark runs a 6 XPG string from 3 LiIon cells.

Shark and Leds are adequate heatsinked, nothing got more than hand warm even on longer runs.

Now the light come still on, but only dimly and draws about 200mA from the batteries.

Connected to 12V power supply it also draws about this amount.



I still can regulate the brightness with the external potentiometer, but at some point the light does not get brighter as it used to do.

i already installed a new pot, didnt help.



Any suggestions?
