Keep in mind that these are the opinions of a newbie:

I ordered one of the 3300L drop-in modules from Mac's website a while back. Had I known how good it was going to be, I would have gone ahead and ordered 2 or 3. This has become my favorite light. It's floody, but still has decent throw. I'd say It throws further and is a little brighter than my Firesword V. I really like the fact that it's a drop-in. It allows me to change battery configurations (provided I stay in the specified voltage) and, if the housing gets beat up, I can simply transplant it into a new one.

I hope Mac decides makes more of these.

I bet Mac could sell ALOT of these triple triple "Mac" Drop-Ins if he ever decided to make 'em again.

Sure glad I bought a 3300L when I did....wouldn't mind having another one.
