Now just waiting for my JHanko LF3XT to be made.
My Lights In Detail
Just ordered my first light from Mac in Copper and I can not wait to beat the hell out of it like that one. Great looking light Mvyrmnd!
It was originally a Orange Cerakote. The Cerakote was very easily damaged by my iPhone (I posted a video at some point showing how easily it stripped off) so I used a polishing wheel to strip most of it off. The switch was killed by a dodgy battery so it went back to mac for repair, and he beadblasted it to clean off the last of the cerakote. After that, it's been in my pocket most days, resulting in what you see![]()
I love it...... great looking light.... looks antique!

My Lights In Detail
Lots of work in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island and Florida Keys this last year, 3.5 months of 12+ hour days down there at least with the copper TRI-EDC in my pocket the whole time. I work right at the edge of the ocean so salt water helped but being from Alaska I think most of it was from sweat!
The patina gets real dark working down there then when I'm back in AK the high spots polish up quick in pocket, next summer the brass XML is going with, working in North Carolina, so it will get colored up as well.

double post
Hi Mac,
I know you're still recovering and behind on your orders, but I was wondering if there was any chance that you could change my Tri-EDC order to High CRI. I read some chatter on cpf that you may be doing a hi-cri version of the Tri-EDC. If so, I would love it. Let me know if it's possible and if you need additional funds. I hope all is well.
Thanks

I opened a Pelican case and found some Copper and Brass
From left to right,
Copper Tri-EDC (16340) 1 of 2 from Mac's first Copper offering /Copper XM-L EDC (18350)/Copper Tri-EDC (18350)/Brass Knurly Tri-EDC (18350)/Brass XM-L EDC (18350)/The Purple Tri-EDC (16340) from the "Small Batch"
You can really see the difference between the Copper and Brass in this pic
Thanks
Todd
P.S. Mac the empty spot on the left is waiting for some of your Damascus![]()
