    Hank, the GDuP driver supports single Li-Ion batteries and has customer-specified brightness settings. That's the one I use to mod McGizmo Lunasols.

    Also, http://www.ledsupply.com/07007-pl000-f.php is a triple-amber; curious if you see a way to use it in a handheld light. I suppose this would be a pretty good heatsink, used with a big battery (grin) ...
