Hello CPF, the heat sinks in this kit are specifically design for a XML emitter and 8X7135 based driver to be used in a Solarforce L2 type light. Because of the short spring on the driver, the height of the heat sink was increase to compensate. The thread pitch on the heat sink should match any p60 style reflector but there are a ton of them out there so no guarantees. The kit includes:

* Heat sink (pure copper or aluminum with copper sleeve)
* 16mm XML T6 emitter
* 8X7135 multi-mode driver
* LOP reflector

Price for the kits are: $45 for the aluminum w/sleeve or $60 for all copper

* Build fee $15 extra for complete light engine
* Shipping $5 CONUS registered mail
* Paypal fees if applicable
* Paypal info: [email protected] (personal payments preferred)

Heat sink only: Alum. version is $25 and copper is $35 plus shipping
Solarforce L2 black host $15
Solarforce L2P HAIII black host $22
2C rated 2600mAh 18650 battery $12
Single 1amp charger $6

If I get enough interest (25 heat sinks) I'll do a run and give the machine shop an ok to make 50 pcs. Lead time is 2 weeks. Thanks for looking and now for some pics.

The sleeve will change on this version to so the top will be all copper. Now that's one thick heat sink.

*thinking about the copper, where did you get your reflector kits..I don't know what TP they have but I have some from KD and I'd want it to fit those...
Also the L2P is slightly wider than the L2, have you noticed a gap, not that it can't be filled with some copper sheeting.
If I wanted sit a star on a board in there would it take 16 mm or less

good work on the nice professional looking module parts.

Hello Nokoff, thanks for your interest. I do believe the reflectors came from KD. I tried all different types of reflectors and they all fit. The heat sink will fit 16mm boards from KD or DX, cutter boards are a bit thicker. I am out of L2s to do a comparison but the spring is a friction fit on the heat sink. Don't know if that helps.

I like copper and have owned a handfull of Milky Copper lights and one off customs too.

Do you know what type of copper is being used? (Name)

Thank you and good luck with the sale. Those L2P hosts are really nice and make good P60 hosts.
