First: not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not can a mod let me know?
Just wondering if anyone has had trouble getting ahold of someone at peak lately. I sent in a head for my Eiger I was exchanging and have heard nothing back since I sent it. I have called multiple times, sent emails, etc and heard nothing.

It's kind of hit or miss trying to get Curt or Robyn on the phone, I've found that about 3PM their time works well.

I don't think emails are checked daily.

In the end, it's worth it!
