One of my Uncle's found this old Coleman Quick-Lite which we believe is from the 1920's. All I did was oil the pump and bought a new filler cap for it.
I then filled it up with some gasoline he had at his shop and tried to light it. It flared up very spectacularly at first :duck: (don't know if there is a different lighting procedure for antique Colemans vs current models) but then settled down to a familiar white glow after the generator heated up and the excess gas burned off.
