I'm looking at buying the upcoming El Capitan in Stainless with a QTC and noticed that it comes with a narrow and medium beam. How do these profiles relate to those of the Eiger? I have a Narrow and Wide eiger beams, so I'm familiar with how those look.
My concern that the narrow might be a bit too throwy, as the head is a larger diameter. Does it compare to the Eiger narrow (nice spill), or is it closer to the optics in the Surefire E1B (all throw, one big hotspot)?
This will be used as a primary EDC light. I'm trying to get down to one light to do it all, and if it matches my countycomm stainless tac pen all the better. :laughing: If it has a little throw it would be helpful, but I don't need it to be a thrower like my E1B.
