Not many bright LED lanterns around, except for Favour Light and Coleman.
I stumble on this company in India - Andslite
I believe these lanterns have not been mentioned here.
According to specs, The Solan 12 uses 12 Nichia LEDs - that would be very bright in my guess. But looking at the way they set up the LEDs and the dome, the beam must be damn ugly and glaring.
Other details are
• Powered by NICHIA LEDs (JAPANESE) 12 Pcs
• Power output 2.5 Watt (approx.)
• 360° illumination
• Highly energy efficient
• Used high quality LED driver
• 6-12 hours of light after full charge
• Double switch mode, HIGH-LOW
• Charging from Solar panel or from AC mains
• Over charge protection
• Strong ABS body and acrylic top
• Used rechargeable SMF battery (6v 4.5 AH)
• Dimensions (mm) - 240 x 115 and Weight - 1300 gms (approx.)
• 1 year warranty including LED bulbs, 6 months battery warranty
Anyone has come across these lanterns?
I am trying to contact them for more info
- Exact model of LED used?
- Colour temperature
- Lumen output (LED lumen and ANSI lumen)
- Current regulated?
